Most cafe sites are built for one hour of the day

The rest of the day gets whatever is left over. That is the gap this site is built to close.

Every price, hour and menu item shown across this site is fictional example data.

  • The menu
Before:One long list, shown the same at 7am and at 7pm.After:A menu that leads with what you actually sell right now.
  • The homepage
Before:A stock photo of a latte and a paragraph of brand story. After:Hours, location and today's daypart menu, visible without scrolling.
  • Speed
Before:A page builder loaded with plugins, slow on a phone.After:Custom-coded pages served from the edge, 90+ PageSpeed.
  • Updates
Before:A seasonal item still listed months after it sold out. After:Weekly management and revisions turned around in working days.

The daypart dial

One shop, three very different hours. The site is built to know which one it is in.

Open to close

Morning 6:30 to 11:00, illustrative example hours

The rush the whole shop is built around

The homepage and menu lead with what actually moves at the counter before 11: drip, espresso, the case at its fullest. Fast pages matter most here, when a visitor is standing outside deciding in seconds.

Afternoon 11:00 to 16:00, illustrative example hours

The slower stretch that still has to carry the day

A quieter crowd searches differently: wifi, seating, a lighter menu. The site surfaces what fits this stretch, from workspace details to a lunch or light-bites section if you carry one.

Evening 16:00 to 20:00, illustrative example hours

The close, or a second life after dark

Some shops wind down; others lean into dessert, wine or a later crowd. The menu panel and hero imagery are honest about which one you actually run.

What clients say, unrolled like a sleeve

The menu finally shows what we actually sell at 7am versus what is left by 6pm. People stopped asking if we still had the morning pastries at closing time.

Owner, single-location coffee shop
Moved from a single static menu page

Our old site loaded slowly enough that I could watch people give up on their phones outside the window. The new one is just there when the page opens.

Owner, neighborhood bakery
Migrated from a page-builder site

Revisions used to mean waiting on whoever built the old site years ago and never answered emails. Now a menu change is in by the next day.

Manager, two-location cafe group
Previously self-managed on a template

Weekend flavor rotations used to live only in a phone photo we texted around. Now they are just on the site, and people find us searching for the specific flavor they remember.

Owner, donut and pastry shop
First website for the business

Illustrative examples of the outcomes clients report. Verified reviews are added after launch.

Read every FAQ

What exactly do I get for the monthly fee?

A custom-coded website built for your cafe, coffee shop or bakery, with a menu page that switches by daypart, weekly management, and hosting, all inside one plan. Morning Shift covers the site fully managed. Full Shift adds the AI Engine for answering routine visitor questions. Open to Close adds the Content Engine, which is 3 researched articles a week instead of 2. A one-time $647 build fee applies on every plan, invoiced only after the site is live and approved.

How long until my site is live?

7 days on Morning Shift, 10 on Full Shift while the AI Engine is trained on your hours and menu, and 15 on Open to Close with the Content Engine running from day one. The clock starts at the onboarding call, not at purchase, so the sooner the onboarding form is in, the sooner the launch date is set.

Do you write my menu copy for me?

We write the surrounding pages, the daypart structure and the SEO copy, but the menu items, prices and descriptions come from you, since only you know what is actually in the case today. Send us the list in the onboarding form or as a revision and we lay it out on the page.

What counts as a revision, and what happens after five?

A revision is any change request you send, and there is no limit on how much goes into one. Swapping the seasonal pastry photo, updating holiday hours, adding a new drink to the afternoon menu: each is one revision. So is something much larger. "Build a wholesale page and update the evening menu, here is the copy" is one revision, not two. 5 are included every month. After the fifth, each additional revision is a flat $20, with no cap on how many you can buy and no hourly billing anywhere. Every revision is completed within 2 to 5 working days, whatever the size.

How do I actually request a change?

Raise it in your client portal. You describe the change, attach anything we need such as a new photo or price list, and it lands with the team as a tracked request so you can see where it is. You can also email us or reply to any thread with our team, and we log it for you. Unused revisions do not roll over to the next month.

Can a revision change the daypart times themselves?

Yes. If your morning rush now runs until 11:30 instead of 11:00, or you add a fourth daypart for a weekend brunch menu, that is a standard revision, turned around within the usual window.
