No build fee on orders placed before December 31, 2026
Place the order, and the build fee comes off
This is the same offer as the pricing page with one line removed. The $647 one-time build fee is waived, the monthly plans are unchanged, and what you pay today is the first month of the plan you pick and nothing else.

What you are actually buying
A built site and the work of keeping it current, in one monthly fee. The list below is on every plan.
A custom-coded site, not a template
Every page written and built for your shop, with your menu structure, your hours and your brand. 90+ PageSpeed is a guarantee, not a target.
The daypart menu switcher
The menu that shows at 7am is not the menu that shows at 7pm. The site knows which stretch of the day it is and shows the right one.
A domain and hosting, both included
One domain registered free in your name, or your existing one pointed at the new site. Hosting, SSL, CDN and unmetered bandwidth sit inside the monthly fee.
Changes made for you
5 revisions a month with no size limit on any one of them, each completed within 2 to 5 working days. A seasonal menu and three new photos is one revision.
Writing that keeps the site alive
2 researched articles a week, 2,500 to 3,200 words, on Morning Shift. Open to Close runs 3 a week.
Enquiries routed where you already work
Orders and messages land in your CRM or your inbox by direct API, Zapier or Make. Nobody has to log into the website to find them.
Deciding between the three? The full comparison is on the pricing page, and every feature is listed on the features page.
The run of the job, once you press the button
Five steps, in this order. The build fee is not invoiced at any of them.
You pay the first month
Through Stripe, as a monthly subscription for the plan you pick. That payment starts the plan. The build fee is not charged now, and under this offer it is not charged later either.
You fill in the onboarding form
About fifteen minutes. Hours, menu by daypart, photos, where orders go. Anything you do not have yet can follow without holding up the build.
One onboarding call
We walk through your answers, fill the gaps, and set the launch date on the calendar so it is a date rather than a hope.
We build, you review
You see the real site, not a mockup. Changes at this stage are part of the build and do not come out of your monthly revision allowance.
Launch, then weekly management
Live in 7 days on Morning Shift. After that we monitor it, update it and keep it fast, and you send changes from the client portal.
What to have to hand
Six things, and none of them have to be perfect. The onboarding form asks for all of it in about fifteen minutes, and anything you are missing can follow afterwards.
Your opening hours, by stretch of the day if they differ
What is on the menu in the morning, the afternoon and the evening
Any photos you already have. If you have none, say so and we design around it
A logo, or a note that you would like the wordmark set for you
Your domain, or the name you would like registered
Where an order or an enquiry should land
Why the waiver has a date on it
Because a build that is not billed is a build we are carrying, and we can only carry so many at once. The waiver runs until December 31, 2026, a Thursday. That date is fixed and published. It does not move when you reload this page, there is no clock on this page counting down to it, and nothing here gets cheaper if you wait.
After that date the build fee goes back to $647, invoiced once the site is live and you have approved it, exactly as it was before. The monthly plans do not change either way.
What protects you after you order
Three commitments, all of them written down elsewhere on this site so you can check them.
90+ PageSpeed, guaranteed
Not an aspiration. If the launched site does not hit it, we fix it before the site is signed off, at no cost to you.
Cancel with 2 business days notice
Email us at least 2 business days before your next invoice date, between 9:00 and 17:00 Central, Monday to Friday.
Billing mistakes get corrected
All sales are final except a duplicate or incorrect charge, which is corrected within 10 working days of being reported within 30 days.
The full terms are in the refund policy and the terms and conditions. Read them before you order, not after.
Honestly, the redesign was nice, but the inquiry form is what changed our day-to-day. It collects collection day, order quantity and item selection up front, so the back-and-forth we used to do by reply has largely gone. It has quietly removed the slowest step in our intake.
My first check was simple: open the bakery preorders page on a phone and try to get in touch. The essentials are within the first screen, with an obvious way to inquire. Staff can now text a single link mid-call instead of narrating the menu.
Questions people ask before ordering
Is the $647 build fee really zero, or does it appear on a later invoice?
Zero, and it never appears again. On an order placed before December 31, 2026 the one-time build fee is waived outright, not deferred and not spread across the monthly payments. The monthly fee for your plan is exactly the price on the pricing page.
What do I actually pay today?
The first monthly payment for the plan you pick, taken securely by Stripe when you order, and nothing else. The plan then renews monthly on the same card until you cancel. That is $117 on Morning Shift, $247 plus usage on Full Shift, or $597 on Open to Close. The build fee line on your order reads zero.
When does the waived build fee end?
December 31, 2026, a Thursday. The date is fixed and published, it does not move when you reload the page, and there is no countdown on this page pretending otherwise. Orders placed after it carry the standard $647 build fee, invoiced after launch as it always has been.
Can I start on one plan and move to another?
Yes, in either direction, from the next invoice. Moving up adds the AI Engine or the Content Engine to a site that is already built, so there is no second build and no second build fee at any point.
Do I need photos and a finished menu before I order?
No. We design around what you have and tell you plainly what is worth photographing first. Ordering starts the clock on the onboarding call, and anything missing can follow after it without delaying the launch date.
What happens if I am not happy with the build?
You review the real site before launch and changes at that stage are part of the build, not a revision out of your monthly allowance. After launch you get 5 revisions a month of any size, each turned around in 2 to 5 working days. Cancellation and refunds are set out in full in the refund policy.
Does this stack with the Black Friday offer?
No, and it does not need to. The Black Friday offer already includes this waived build fee and adds a discount on the monthly fee for the first months on top of it. You take whichever one is open when you order, never both.
One payment today, and the build starts
$647 off the order until December 31, 2026. Plans from $117 a month, live in 7 days.
