What happens after you send it
A person reads it
Not a ticket queue. Someone on the team reads your message directly.
One working day
That is the standard reply window, most replies come sooner.
A next step, not a form loop
You get either an answer or a time to talk, never another form to fill in.
When our team is at the desk
Business hours are 9:00 to 17:00 Central, Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays. Messages outside those hours are answered the next business day.
What to tell us so we can answer in one reply
What you run: coffee shop, bakery, roaster, donut, bagel, boba, dessert cafe or drive-thru stand, and how many locations.
Your current website address, if you have one, and what annoys you about it.
How your day is shaped: when the morning rush ends, whether there is an evening trade.
What you want people to do: order ahead, book a cake consultation, send catering requests, just find the hours.
Whether you want the AI receptionist, chat and text replies, or more articles and social posts.
Where do you build? Anywhere in the US
We build for independent cafes, coffee shops and bakeries in every state, working entirely online. Onboarding, the call and every revision happen online, so where your counter is never changes the timeline or the price. What changes is the local trade the site is written for.
- California from specialty roasters in Los Angeles and the Bay Area to Central Valley bakeries
- Texas kolache and breakfast-taco counters, Austin coffee bars, Houston boba shops
- Florida Cuban cafecito windows, beach-town cafes and year-round tourist trade
- New York bagel shops, bodega-sized espresso bars and neighborhood bakeries
- Illinois Chicago cafes and bakeries that live through a real winter season
Your own neighborhoods, towns and delivery areas get their own pages on your site, written for the searches people there actually make. This site has no state pages of its own, on purpose: a page is only worth publishing when it says something real.
From owners who got in touch first
Our old bakery preorders routine was a shared inbox and crossed fingers. Ownership is visible now, and cover no longer requires reading someone's entire inbox. Holiday cover stopped being an archaeological exercise.
The old bakery preorders PDF made sense on a printer and nowhere else. Each section has its own link, so answering a question no longer means attaching the whole file. Callers have stopped apologizing for not being able to read it.
Before you write
What happens straight after I buy?
You fill in the onboarding form and submit it. It asks for your menu, your hours by daypart, your brand, your domain and where inquiries should land, and it takes about 15 minutes. If something is missing, submit anyway: you can send the rest by email or raise it as a ticket in your client portal, and it will not hold up the build. We then run one onboarding call to fill any gaps and agree the launch date.
What is the client portal?
It is your account with us, and you get it the day your site goes live. From the portal you request revisions, raise a support ticket for anything that needs attention, send us files you still owe us, and message our team directly. Everything to do with your site runs through it, so nothing gets lost in an inbox. You never log in to the website itself; we handle that side.
What do you need from me to build the daypart menu switcher?
Three lists: what you sell in the morning, what carries through the afternoon, and what leads in the evening, plus the times each stretch starts and ends. If your shop does not really change by daypart, tell us and we build a single standing menu instead. Either way it is set up during onboarding and adjusted afterward as a normal revision.
