Full site design
Every page in your plan designed to your brand, not a shared template reskinned.
Cafe website design here means a site built around your actual day, morning menu, afternoon lull and evening close each getting their own treatment, rather than one static homepage that treats 7am and 7pm the same.
What it costs
Most cafe website design starts from a generic template and swaps in your logo. We start from how your shop actually runs across a day: what leads at the counter in the morning, what sells through a slow early afternoon, and whether there is an evening trade worth designing for at all. The homepage, the menu page and the hero imagery are all built around that shape rather than a one-size layout borrowed from a restaurant template that assumes dinner is the main event.
The homepage hero is typographic and layout-led first, with your own photography layered in once it exists, rather than a generic stock image of a latte that looks like every other cafe site. If you do not have professional photography yet, we design around what you have and tell you plainly what is worth photographing first.
Design decisions are made for a phone screen first and a desktop screen second, because the person deciding whether to walk into a cafe is almost always looking at a phone. That means the address, hours and current daypart menu are visible without scrolling, not buried under a hero video or a slideshow.
This is for an independent cafe whose day has a real shape: a morning rush, a slower afternoon and either a quiet close or an evening trade. It suits a single-counter owner replacing a dated template, a new cafe opening its first site, or a shop whose current design looks fine on a laptop and falls apart on the phone in a customer's hand outside the door.

Your homepage looks the same at 7am and at 7pm, even though the counter does not.
Your hours and address sit below a large photo or a slideshow on a phone.
The design came from a restaurant theme that assumes dinner is the main event.
You would be embarrassed to send the site to a regular who asked for your menu.
Nobody has touched the layout since it launched.
Before and after, in general terms. Every menu item and hour shown on this site is example data.
Every page in your plan designed to your brand, not a shared template reskinned.
Menu page structured by morning, afternoon and evening if your shop has that shape.
Every page designed for a phone screen first, checked on real device widths.
Your logo, colors and fonts applied consistently, or a simple wordmark built if you do not have one yet.
Address, hours and a map link placed where a rushed visitor actually looks first.
Every plan also includes weekly management, hosting, one domain in your name, 5 revisions a month and researched articles. Full Shift and Open to Close add the AI receptionist, site chat and text replies. See everything in each plan.
Stated plainly, so nothing surprises you later.
An on-site photo shoot. We design around the photos you have and tell you which shots to take first.
A full brand identity or logo system. A simple typographic wordmark is included if you have no logo.
Writing your menu items and prices. Those come from you, because only you know what is in the case.
Printed menus, signage or in-store materials.
On the onboarding call we note what leads at the counter in each daypart and whether there is an evening trade worth designing for.
The homepage order is chosen for your shop: hours and today's menu first for a rush-led cafe, the room and the pastry case first for a slower, stay-a-while cafe.
Every page is laid out for a phone screen before a desktop one, then checked at real device widths.
Your colors, fonts and photos go in; a simple wordmark is built if you do not have a logo yet.
You review the built site, request changes as revisions, and approve it before launch.
A new cafe design is live in 7 days on Morning Shift, 10 days on Full Shift and 15 days on Open to Close, counted from the onboarding call. Design changes after launch are revisions, each completed within 2 to 5 working days.
Design is not priced separately. It sits inside the plan you choose, Morning Shift at $117 a month, Full Shift at $247 a month plus AI usage, or Open to Close at $597 a month, plus the $647 one-time build fee, invoiced only after the site is live and approved. What changes the price is the plan, not the number of pages or design rounds: 5 revisions a month are included, then $20 each.
The time we spent on the bakery preorders wording was time well spent. It explains what an inquiry achieves and is honest about what still needs a proper discussion. Correcting the site's accidental promises is no longer part of our calls.
Our old bakery preorders page said all the right things and showed none of them. They helped us select reference material that actually means something and explain it properly. It feels closer to a real conversation with our office than to a brochure.
The $647 build fee is invoiced only after the site is live and you are satisfied with it.
If a page we built falls below 90+ on mobile because of our work, we fix it at no charge.
The domain is in your name, and your content and articles are exported to you within 14 days if you ever cancel.
Conditions are in the terms: guarantees do not cover changes made by you or third parties, and the remedy is corrective work rather than a refund.
Want to see cafe website design on your own shop? In a 30-minute demo we show what the site would look like with your menu and hours.
We design it. The layout, section order and hero treatment are built for your shop's daypart shape, not a shared theme with your logo dropped in.
Yes. You review the built site before launch and request changes through your first round of revisions, which are included in every plan.
We build a simple typographic wordmark as part of the design, and you can commission a full logo separately at any time without needing to rebuild the site.
A cafe design is built around dayparts rather than a single dinner service. The menu, the homepage order and the imagery all change emphasis through the day, which a restaurant template built around reservations and a dinner menu does not do.
The pages your shop actually needs, usually home, menu, about, location and hours, contact and any catering or events page. Pages are not rationed by plan; more can be added later as revisions.
You approve the direction. We propose a layout and section order based on how your day runs, and you steer it with revisions before launch.
Yes. Pages are custom coded with very little script, which keeps them light on older phones and slow connections, and every page is built to a 90+ PageSpeed target on mobile.
Yes. Those details matter to afternoon visitors, so they get a clear place on the page rather than a line in the footer.
Yes, as a revision. A new photo, a reordered homepage or a new page are all revisions, 5 included a month and each completed within 2 to 5 working days.
No. Showing a customer a drink or pastry that does not exist is a bad promise at the counter. We use your photos, and where a placeholder is needed we use honest, clearly generic imagery.
A live walk-through of the site you would get, in about 30 minutes. Plans from $117 a month, the $647 build fee invoiced only after launch, domain and hosting included.
